Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for maximizing Cortina.properties’s revenues by developing programs to drive vacation rental acquisition, property management services, rental occupancy, and add-on services as well as expand the brand awareness of the company.

The marketing Manager will be responsible for successfully implementing promotional campaigns and to track success in order to satisfy customer needs, working closely with the sales team and other staff to meet the sales KPIs for the company.

Marketing Channel Manager

The Marketing Channel Manager is responsible for the management of the Cortina.properties product portfolio on all online marketing channels, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure that those seeking vacation rental accommodation repond to the outstanding quality and unique services offered by Cortina.properties.

The successful candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, where the needs of guests and owners must be addressed quickly, efficiently and comprehensively. Work will demand proficiency in both English and Spanish as well as the ability to communicate clearly with team members, service partners and clients.

Sql Developer

MS SQL Database Developer to join our team. 3-5 years expereience in MS Sql server and SSRS. Data warehousing and BI skills a plus.
